Shipping policy
I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means a lot to me that you want to have my art in your home. As a collector myself, I can tell you that art can truly transform the atmosphere of the place where it is, a home, business or office.
Please allow 5-7 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days in Canada. Outside of Canada shipping times vary. During holidays it can take longer. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via TanisGray.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out to you. In case of the item being an original painting I will refund you the cost of the painting after it and the certificate of authenticity has been returned.
If you notice damage to the package (send pictures of the packaging) or receive a damaged item (send pictures of the damage), please contact me at TanisGray@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace the item with the exception of an original painting. In that case I will do a refund after it has been returned and inspected. NOTE: You must send me a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery
