The white tailed hawk is painted on an incredibly bold colored sunrise sky.
Creation is so beautiful. Sunrises are often stunning with color. I love how the background sunrise color brings out the subtle beauty of the hawk, the power in the wings and the piercing gaze of it's eye. This is painted in an abstract realism style.
